This item is approximately 18" long x 1" wide, fiberglass stick with 2 different handles... One handle / end is more forgiving when used as a paddle. The other... well... extra durability and makes the 'Motivation' come quicker as it is shot loaded... VERY flexible! Covered in a rubber type tape.

This product has be under extensive testing and it DOESN'T TAKE MUCH ELBOW to get your point across... Or get that someone to jump to get the chores done! *grin*
